Equipped with JPT M1 source, Japte M1+ series is a fiber laser that uses a direct-electrically modulated semiconductor laser as a seed source (MOPA) solution with good laser characteristics and pulse shape control. Compared with the Q-switched fiber laser, the MOPA fiber laser pulse frequency and pulse width are independently controllable. By adjusting the two laser parameters, a constant high peak power output can be achieved and it can be applied to a wider range of marking materials. In addition, the possibility of turning a Q-switched laser into a MOPA is possible.
