The plug on the DC electric push rod motor (12V / 24VDC) is used with our controller. If you do not use the supporting controller, cut the connector. There are 2 wires in the line connected to the positive and negative poles. Control the pushing and retracting, can add a forward and reverse switch to control the telescopic. The faster the speed, the smaller the thrust; otherwise the slower the speed, the greater the thrust

Instructions and precautions:

1. The putter motor cannot work continuously for a long time, the putter operating rate is 20%, continuous operation is 2 minutes, and the rest is 8 minutes.
2.The push rod motor has a built-in limit switch, which will stop automatically when it reaches the end / to the end (extend to the end / retract to the end), and it will stop when any power is cut off in the middle.
3. The stroke of the push rod motor is not adjustable. It has been set at the factory. The putter is non-waterproof,
4. After selecting the speed of the push rod, you can adjust the speed of the push rod motor by adjusting the voltage to reduce the voltage, speed and thrust at the same time.
5. Note that multiple push rods are used at the same time. Due to the tolerances of internal gears, motor rotors and other accessories, the speed is about the same.

The shortest installation size of the linear actuator motor (the actuator is fully retracted, the distance between the two mounting holes): L = S (S stands for stroke) + 175mm.
The longest installation size of the linear push rod motor (the push rod extends to the head, the distance between the two mounting holes): L (size) = 2 * S (S stands for stroke) + 175mm
