1. Structure and principle (Figure 1)

As shown in Figure 1:

        The working principle of the axial flow hydro-generator is mainly to use the draft tube to form a vacuum suction pipe, to draw the upstream water to form a jet, and to spray the water blade to rotate, so that the water flow energy can be converted into mechanical energy, and the water blade rotates to drive electricity. The machine turns to emit electricity.

Second, installation and commissioning

(1) Preparation before installation

1 After selecting the ideal installation position, measure the height of the water head, measure the flow rate of the water, and according to the installation requirements and the installation position, the sand, stone, brick and other materials required for the cement structure should be transported to the local conditions. Installed location.

2 According to the model of the turbine and the large opening degree of the upper side of the draft tube and the large opening degree of the lower side, use the round wooden cake, the small square wood strip or other materials to make the tail water suction pipe and the drain concrete cement mold. (Figure 2)

(2) Preparation before construction

1 According to the data in Figure 2, the 20 type is firstly dig a 60-100 cm square pit from the lower water level line under the installed position, and then pour a layer of 10-20 cm thick at the bottom of the excavated pit. BS. As a basic platform, it must be firm.

2 Put the manufactured draft tube and drain pipe mold, wrapped in newspaper or cement paper (without demoulding), placed in the center of the pit.

(3) Construction

1 First use bricks around the installed draft tube to ensure that the thickness of the draft tube is 5-10 cm thick. Then carefully pour the cement and sand concrete into the space around the mold. Be careful to pour one at a time to prevent dislocation.

2 When pour to the top, pay attention to remove the water guide of the turbine, and install it on the upper end of the draft tube and the tail pipe connection to solidify. At the same time, the installation of the water guide and the draft tube must be vertical, otherwise it will affect the power generation of the generator set. (Figure 3)

(4) Method and data of vortex chamber

        The vortex chamber acts as a water guide and its size is determined by the size of the turbine. Therefore, before starting the construction, first make a paper mold, determine the size of the water inlet, write a large "meter" shape, and then calculate the size according to the water volume of the turbine, calculate the data connection point, and then cut the shape. The paper mold is placed on the ground level of the upper end of the draft tube, and finally the brick is made up of 30-60 cm high by the side of the paper, and the concrete batch is smoothed to form a vortex chamber. (Figure 4)

(5) Installed

        Generally, the cement structure takes 6 to 7 days to solidify. After the cement is solidified, the mold can be demolished. When the mold is removed, the Φ16 round iron or the hard small wooden strip can be used to collide from the top, and the round cake is taken out from under the draft tube and is small. The square wood is taken out from the water guide at the upper end of the draft tube. After the demoulding work is completed, check that the draft tube is leaking if there is no bee hole, and the generator set can be installed on the water guide cover. As shown in Figure 5.

(6) Test machine

        After the installation is completed, the test machine can be discharged. After a few minutes, the tail pipe will be discharged with or without bubbles. If there is air bubbles, it should be stopped and checked to be qualified.
