INSTRUCTIONS

1. Saving method

(1) The storage of solder paste should be controlled within 2~10 °C, the service life of solder paste is six months (unopened)

(2) The solder paste should not be placed in the sun or high temperature;

(3) To ensure smoother tinning during use, place the needle face down when storing.

2 methods of use

(1) Before the opening, the solder paste temperature should be raised to the ambient temperature (25±3°C), and the heating time is about 3-4 hours.Do not use other heaters to make the temperature rise instantly

(2) After the solder paste is printed on the substrate, it is recommended to mount the components in 4-6 hours and enter the reflow soldering to complete the soldering.

(3) The line change is higher than one hour. Please scrape the solder paste from the steel plate before the line change.

(4) In order to achieve better welding effect, please control the indoor temperature at 22~-28°C and humidity RH40~-60%.

(5) When wiping the wrong substrate, it is recommended to use ethanol or IPA cleaning.
