The microcomputer automatic particle-counting apparatus can automatically count the particles of various granular objects according to the set value of the user. It is mainly used for automatically counting the grain numbers of the cereal crops, such as rice, wheat, sorghum, corn, vegetable seeds, and other grains. The apparatus applies to the academy (institute) of agricultural sciences, agriculture universities & colleges, seed system, and food sector in studying seed index, measuring thousand seed weight, germination counting, and sowing counting, etc. The accurate automatic particle-counting reduces the working strength of the staff.

It can not only be used for counting rice, wheat, rape, vegetables, flowers, and other seeds of medium and small grains, but also be used for counting corn, soybean, sunflower seeds, and other seeds of large grains. 

Working Principle

1. Range of particle counting: medium and small sample particles: 0.7~4 mm×0.7~12 mm

                         Large sample particles: 3~10×3~12 mm

2. Counting precision: Medium and large particles: 2/1000 (depend on the speed)

                  Small particles: 4/1000 (depend on the speed)

3. Counting speed: ≥1000 particles/3min (Such parameter is calculated with slower speed of II gear shift as the standard. The speed can be adjusted to III to VII gear shift if a faster speed is required.)

4. Counting capacity: 1~9999, can be read directly from five-digit LED nixie tube

5. Preset automatic stop: any numerical value among 1~99999, do not count when preset at 00000

6. Dimension of apparatus: 195×245×155 mm

7. External power supply: 220~±20V~50HZ

8. Power: less than 20W, with good earthing performance
