This valve is used for the automatic exhaust valve of the heating and air conditioning pipe network in the building and prevents the air in the pipeline from obstructing the circulation of water.
  Installation and repair
The valve should be installed at the highest point of the system and the highest point of the end of the pipeline. When installing, first tighten the link of the pipe thread of the lower valve body 4 to the pipe joint, and pay attention to the discharge of the pipe 2 to avoid gas in the pipe. When the liquid is sprayed and wounded, when the valve cover 3 is unscrewed, the spool 5 automatically moves up and closes the passage. After cleaning, the valve cover 3 and its above parts are assembled in shape, and then the lower valve body 4 is integrally assembled.

  Matters needing special attention
 1. When the valve is in working condition, the exhaust cap and the hose connected to it should not be removed to avoid high pressure and high temperature gas from injuring the human body.

 2. When cleaning the valve, the installation position of the built-in spring cannot be changed to avoid affecting the factory-set discharge pressure value.

 3 In order to ensure the reliability of the valve, a filter of not less than 80 mesh should be installed on the inlet side of the valve.

 4 Periodically clean the valve.
