The controller has ability to infinitely vary speed in range of   6.7%~100% (stepless speed regulation), only used for AC 110V/220V one-phase speed adjustable motor (can't used for Non-adjustable motor). When reduce speed will proportionally decrease torque and power.

We sincerely ask buyer to meter the current when you loading, the Loading Current should not exceed our Rated Current, current indicate the loading, large current will affects motor lifespan.

How to select item from "Sheet 1"?

Speed: select the most suitable speed. If you don’t have exactly speed, you can select a higher speed, and use controller reduce speed to your need. 

Torque: we advise you test your loading torque first, the loading torque should not exceed the rated torque. If use speed controller speed adjust motor speed, however, torque reduce in proportion to speed reduce. So we remind you select speed closest to requirements. 

Power: after speed, torque are confirmed, power is obviously confirmed. One-phase AC 110V/220V motor power max can be 750W. Power higher than 750W need three-phase AC 380V/220V motor. 

Output shaft bearing Overhang Force & Push Force: Output shaft bearing Overhang Force & Push Force should not exceed F1, F2 and F3 as “Sheet 2”.

Brake Fundamental: When switch on brake, the resistance will disappear, the motor's rotor can freely run. When switch off brake , the brake will clutch the motor's rotor and stop motor instantly.

Turn on the power, the brake will make a clik sound, then the brake start works.

WARING: The brake cables must parallel connection with speed controller as the diagram. Otherwise, the motor will RUINING.

How to select motor.

Confirm the Voltage, Torque, Structure, Work rule.

Voltage: DC/AC, Voltage value.  

Structure: Right Angle Output, Straight Output, Go and Back, Rotation Work, Line Work.

Work Rule: How long work in a period.

Torque: Constantly Working Torque should not exceed 75% of the motor’s Rated Torque. Instantly Working Torque should not exceed motor’s Rated Torque.

              Motor under loading, Measure Current should not exceed motor’s Rated Current. If necessary, you can install Overcurrent Protection Device.

Select power supply:

Before operate, check the power supply Voltage if is correct. 

For DC motor,  in consideration of starting current is much larger than rated current,  power supply’s Max. Current need at least 67% higher than motor’s Rated Current. 

And should consider Current Flow-backwards when motor stop.

Why don’t motor running?

Your motor if is low speed motor, extra low speed motor should observe carefully. Connection if is correct, and other electric parts if is fine. All products from our store was test before shipping, and with best package. If also have problem please contact us.

Install and Operate notes: 

Don’t store or operate in high temperature or damp environment, and avoid gas environment. 

The motor’s shaft axial direction and radial direction bearing stress should not exceed it ability.

When install gears/sprockets/pulleys on the output shaft, don’t unusual strike. 

When fix motor, screws length should not be too long, or will break the parts inside motor.

About noise:

DC high speed motor will produce a little noise, if very care about noise, please kindly contact us.
