So we don't support refunds!4:The standard of our delivery is that the customer confirms the picture and we ship it out. If the customer receives the goods, say no or other reasons, we do not support such behavior and follow-up!5: Remember,Handmade figure only can reach the target to be 60-80 percent,it cannot meet all human requirements.However, Our model master is 100% dedicated to each artwork!!!

Customization & ProcessFirst: Ask customer service about customization ;Second: Send the photos for confirmation ;Third: Place order and Finish payment,Forth: Confirm details of figure;Fifth: Contact with customer service and checks the sample of figurine;Sixth: After confirmation the figure ,ship the figurine out.Process parts1. Choose a beautiful front photo give us;Right photo can decide the quality of one figure;Tips, tell me which skin color you belong to , brown,black, white,mixed etc ;2. Choose your favourite clothes and gestures by sending photo;As it is soft clay craft, maybe some gestures cannot meeting your demand,clothes cannot lookthe same in the photo;3. Choose some bases we offered below photo,some are free bases ,some not free ;You can add some letters on the base ,but not pass 12 letters;4. After made figure ,will show you sample ; Colors and gestures cannot be changed , Sometimes the real color has difference with fiure color; but the 5 sense you can ask usmake changes if they are not look like . After several changes ( some days passed ,some changes made);Our Customer agree with this figure;5. All confirmation , we need bake the figure make them become hard6.
