The solution is to enter the motherboard BIOS and set the hard disk interface option of the motherboard to Disabled, save and restart to start the system
When the system disk is inserted into the motherboard and the ordinary disk is inserted into the PCIE to SATA3.0 card, then it is only necessary to detect the information of the adapter card and the model of the ordinary disk during startup.
If the condition 1 is established, the system still cannot be started, then you need to enter the motherboard BIOS and set the system disk as the first startup.
