1.Main menu introduction

Long press the encoder to enter the first level menu, rotate the encoder to select the second level menu you want to enter, and short press to enter the second level menu. Rotate the encoder again, move the cursor to the specific parameter that needs to be modified, and short press the encoder to select the content (the option value is displayed behind the text after selection). Rotate the encoder again to modify the value. After the modification is completed, short press the encoder to cancel the selection (the option value disappears after canceling the selection). Rotate the encoder again to move the cursor to other parameters. To exit the first-level menu and the second-level menu, you need to long press the encoder, and the long press time is 1s.

2.Temperature Set

2.1Standby

When the soldering iron enters the "standby mode", the working temperature is set to 50-500℃. If the value of this option is less than 50, it will not be heated during sleep;

2.2Boot-Temp

Enter Boot-Temp, you can set the default set temperature of the soldering iron required after booting. If you want the soldering station to save the set temperature value at the last shutdown, you can set this option to "0";

3.Temperature-CAL

0~500℃: Click to select the 100℃to 500℃option, the soldering iron will be heated according to the temperature table corresponding to the soldering iron tip number set in the "Tip Selection", and the heating will automatically stop after unchecking. During the calibration process, if the actual temperature is lower than the set temperature, increase the AD value; if the actual temperature is higher than the set temperature, decrease the AD value. 0°C and 600°C are generally the default values without adjustment. When calibrating the soldering iron tip, remember that this set of data must be strictly increased from small to large, otherwise the temperature is invalid. For example, if before calibration: 100℃, AD=110; 200℃, AD=270; 300℃, AD = 380, when calibrating 200℃, the temperature is less than 200℃, you need to increase the AD value from 270, but its size It cannot exceed the AD value of 380 at 300°C. If the temperature cannot reach 200°C when the temperature is adjusted from 270 to 380, it means that the value of 380 at 300°C is also too small. You need to increase the 380 at 300°C first.

4.Automatic Sleep

4.1Sleep Time

Press and hold the encoder for 2 seconds to enter Other Set,Sleep-tim---according to your choice, the setting range is 0-60 minutes, the default is 1minutes, when in sleep state, the temperature of the soldering iron tip will be reduced to protect the life of the soldering iron tip ,Press 2 sencond quit

4.2 RESET

Press and hold the encoder for 2 seconds to enter Other Set,If you need to restore the factory settings, set the position to 1, and the soldering iron will restart after exiting the menu, and all parameters will be restored to the factory settings.

About the soldering station showing of ERROR

If the ERROR is displayed, the handle or the tip is not installed properly. Please use a pair of pliers to push the tip into the innermost part of the handle. Then try rotating the tip to ensure that the tab of the tip is in good connect with the inner tab of the handle. If ERROR is still displayed and the light is always on when the tip or handle is installed, please contact us to get a solution. We encourage buyers to communicate with us to solve any problems. if the station can't heating when you turn on .Please check if the tip was installed properly. pls try to use a pliers to force tip into the Innermost of t210handle , so that the tip is in good contact with the handle.

NOTE:

Iron tip do not work continuously high temperature, high temperature work is easy to damage the tip! Ordinary solder melting point is 183°C, lead-free solder melting point is 227°C, usually the welding temperature is 300-380°C, 380°C is the temperature of the dividing line, higher than 380°C, iron head oxidation and loss is extremely fast, seriously affect the heating core life The Higher than 380°C temperature display will be beating, the higher the temperature, the greater the beating!Recommended in the 300-380°C for welding work, most of the work can be carried out, the temperature beating is normal, does not affect the use! The soldering iron used in this soldering station is a brand new soldering iron tip. Due to the unstable resistance of the new soldering iron tip, the temperature will jump or ERROR, which is normal. After several times of use, the stability will gradually stabilize. If you mind, please do not buy.
