1.Usage:
One hand held electric plug the zero line, opposite hand to press
hand to press the directly pencil test button. The use pencil head
to touch the corresponding socket-plug.
Phenomenon:
Light on: shows line unobstructed normal, without line breakpoint
Light out: indicates that the line somewhere is broken, not connected.
When detected out the line was dead, we'll use the third function of
the electric pen: breakpoint detection. Search for breakpoints.
2.Usage:
Before using first to do the self-test, keep one hand on the pencil head,
and in one other hand hold the test button directly.
Phenomenon:
Light means the test pen battery is fully charged, no light indicates
the battery needs to be replaced.
